Tonight I was so proud of our 7 Year 8 Young Leaders who made a presentation to Otautau Lions Club members. Each member told of their expereinces at the Young Leader’s Conference held in May this year. Rowan introduced the presentation, Stephanine talked about the timetable of events, Tamsin spoke about how they had fundraised, Jared and Meri told some of the messages that they learned from the motivational speakers, Brooke showed the slide show and Justin spoke about his successes at the Agri-kids competition in Palmerston North this year. Each one stood up there proudly and spoke clearly and confidently. Well done guys!
